My second Grand Canyon series, concentrates on this world-within-a-world: monuments rising up from the canyon floor, as the Colorado River rushes through the gorge a mile down. Sans direct sunlight, I'm able to explore the subtlety in color, while my camera strokes hint at a sense of the passage of time, to remind us that as old as the Grand Canyon is, it is always changing.
